Refund policy

At Roc Sol, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please provide photographic proof to facilitate the process. In the event of a carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order. Claims regarding orders that haven't been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.

All sales are final for custom art products. Roc Sol will accommodate you until your order is correct and finalized.
